Terms and Conditions

Effective from: 1st August 2025

 Booking and payment.

a) All training sessions and classes must be booked in advance via email or phone.

b) Payment is required in full at the time of booking.

c) Field & Family Gundog Training accepts payment via a payment link or BACS.

d) Group sessions are priced per dog unless otherwise stated.

e) Booking is not confirmed until payment is received.

 Cancellations and Refunds.

 Client cancellations.

a) Once payment in full has been made, no refunds will be available for individual

lessons.

b) The opportunity to reschedule will be an option if spaces are available, another time

or on another course.

c) Refunds maybe available for long term absences such as injury or illness, with prior

consent at the discretion of Field & Family Gundog Training.

Trainer cancellations.

a) If training is be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (illness or extreme

weather) clients will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule.

b) Refunds will be made by BACS and may take seven days to process.

Weather

a) Training will take place in most weathers.

b) Please dress appropriately and wear suitable clothing for dog training and weather

conditions.

c) Please wear suitable footwear for training on uneven, rough and wet ground.

d) In the event of extreme weather or unsafe training environment conditions, Field &

Family Gundog Training reserves the right to postpone training sessions. Clients will

be notified as early as possible and offered a rescheduled session or refund.

Dog health, welfare and behaviour.

a) Dogs must be fit and healthy to attend training sessions.

b) Field & Family Gundog Training must be informed of any medical or behavioural

issues prior to attending a training session.
